Rms Servers Are Not Starting Up After Linux OS Patching

Symptoms
Rms-server in cluster are not starting up.
No changes were done in Web Logic or in RMS. The problem happened after Linux OS patching. RMS, BI, REIM, Webservices and WSL started fine.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Node Manager for RMS domain started.
2. WLS~Admin Server started.
3. Logged in into WLS console for RPM.
Rsl-server1 started, but rms-server1 started in ADMIN mode. If rms-server1 shutdown then rms-server2 also could be started only in ADMIN mode.
Log file errors included:
"The LDAP authentication provider named "OIDAuthenticator" failed to make connection to ldap server at ldap"
"Exception preparing module: EJBModule"
