Windows 10 MCP - Disabled controls are not visually disabled

In the Windows 10 MCP, disabled controls are not visually disabled. Users are unable to distinguish enabled fields from disabled fields unless they click the control (drop down) and nothing happens - list is not displayed.

Example is in the Electric Install Meter task type. The Configuration Type drop down looks the same whether it is enabled or disabled.
