Error While Uploading Email Attachment In Argus 8.1.2 - This is not a valid file to upload (Doc ID 2447879.1)

While uploading email attachment with .msg extension in Argus 8.1.2 an error is generated.


This is not a valid file to upload. Allowed file types are 'XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, TXT, VSD, TIF, TIFF, RTF, PSD, PS, PNG, PDF, MDB, JPG, BPM, XML, SGML, SGM'

1. Login to Argus Safety using the 8.1.2 database that is upgraded from 5.x.
2. Access a case and go to Additional Information tab
3. Attempt to upload an attachment with ".msg" extension
4. Receive error.
