Control Central - Search By Account ID Search Does Not Return The NO RECORDS FOUND Message (Doc ID 2447888.1)

On the Control Central page, the Account ID Search does not return the NO RECORDS FOUND message for invalid account ID search.

On Customer Care and Billing (CCB) v2.3.1, the message was displayed on the status bar so that the user could know if the search has ended or not. The message needs to be diplayed on the screen for v2.6, to avoid confusion for the user. Why is that?
