Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Application Administration Data upload for Resources does not allow for field "Access" to be uploaded by bulk.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The "Access" field to be added through create import, or updated through update import for Resources.
STEPS
1. Down load the template for the import
2. Populate the fields
3. No field for Access is available.
