Symptoms

Scenario :

1) Initially the EMGatewayStatistics was blank/incorrect:

          "EMGatewayStatistics" : { }

2)  Even after creating some accounts in BRM which has been synchronized in ECE, the statistics is blank.

3)  However, after enabling JMX in the emGW, the statistics started showing as below :

"EMGatewayStatistics" : {
"PerRequestType" : {
"CreateCustomer" : {
"MinLatency" : 7,
"AverageLatency" : 76,
"Throughput" : 0.067,
"ThresholdLatency" : 20,
"Count" : 2,
"LatencyPercentile" : 50.000,
"MaxLatency" : 146
}
},
"AllRequest" : {
"MinLatency" : 7,
"AverageLatency" : 76,
"Throughput" : 0.067,
"ThresholdLatency" : 20,
"Count" : 2,
"LatencyPercentile" : 50.000,
"MaxLatency" : 146
}
},

4)  After some tim,e the statistics are getting reset as below, where MinLatency & MaxLatency value of 9223372036854 is not an actual number.

"EMGatewayStatistics" : {
"AllRequest" : {
"MinLatency" : 9223372036854,
"AverageLatency" : 0,
"Throughput" : 0,
"ThresholdLatency" : 20,
"Count" : 0,
"LatencyPercentile" : 0,
"MaxLatency" : -9223372036854
}
},

What is the reason of this incorrect behavior ?
