Symptoms
Issues with the DLP Data Update Script During Upgrade

| 1 | While reviewing all the updates to DLP from ARGUS for the upgrade, it was noted that DLP_CASE_MEDWATCH_DATA and DLP_CASE_PAT_RACE table data population logic is not referring to the DLP tables instead it was using CASE_MEDWATCH_DATA and CASE_PAT_INFO synonyms which does not return any data when executed as dlp_user | Script dlp_81_data_change1.sql has been updated to use the DLP tables instead of synonyms. |

As a result, revisions in the target DLP tables are created which are not necessarily in continuous sequence of EFFECTIVE_START_DATE and EFFECTIVE_END_DATE | Migrate all the revisions for a set (set = revisions of same case_id or same case_id, seq_num) into the new table if any column of interest has a not NULL value |

Bug 28375813 - For a case that only has Trimester completed and if multiple trimesters are selected then the upgrade script picks the last trimester. |
For a case that only has Trimester completed and if multiple trimesters are selected then the upgrade script picks the earliest trimester i.e. If first and second and/or third trimester is checked, then CASE_PROD_DRUGS.EXPOSURE= 1 and CASE_PROD_DRUGS.EXPOSURE_UNIT= value of Trimester If second and third trimester is checked, then CASE_PROD_DRUGS.EXPOSURE= 2 and CASE_PROD_DRUGS.EXPOSURE_UNIT= value of Trimester.
It also populates appropriate revisions to the DLP tables. |
