Users Cannot Export a Business Process Template .CSV File That Includes Chinese Characters (Doc ID 2449303.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are unable to export the Business Process (BP) template .CSV file in the Chinese language.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The BP template .CSV file export should be successful regardless of the language in use.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier with the language set to Chinese (Configuration > Internationalization > uDesigner > Action Item is setup as 'Chinese').
  2. Navigate to the applicable BP Log workspace.
  3. Click on 'Actions > Export CSV Template'.
  4. Note that the template is not exported, and a blank/empty page is returned instead.
