User Could Not Access The Folders And Files Under Folder With Chinese Characters In Android Mobile App (Doc ID 2449315.1)

On Unifier : Version 18.8

User could not access the folders and files under Chinese characters folder in Android mobile app.

No Documents exist or you do not permissions to view the Documents.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier
  2. Open Document manager
  3. Create a folder with Chinese characters
  4. Create sub-folder under the Chinese folder
  5. Upload some files under the Chinese folder
  6. Login to Android mobile app
  7. Navigate to Documents
  8. Tab the Chinese folder to view

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the folders and files under Chinese folder in Android mobile app.
