Unable To Login To Central Designer After Successful Installation (Doc ID 2449496.1)

Symptoms

Error in the CD UI: Failed to authenticate with the designer Server, please try again.

This occurs starting from CD 2.1.2 upto version CD 6.3 and 6.3.1

 

Event log gives the below error when logged in from the CD app server

System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The client and server cannot communicate, because they do not possess a common algorithm

Event log gives the below error when logged in from the users machine

'connection was closed forcedly by remote computer'
