Getting error "Error 404--Not Found" when accessed a WSDL view from a custom Inbound Web Service (IWS) Entry


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WAM v2.2.0.2 environment (with SSL enable)

2. Navigate to Admin > I > Inbound Web Service Deployment

output: the Inbound SOAP Web Service Deployment

3. Click the WSDL (View) for a custom Web Service
output: Error 404--Not Found

Note: the built in Web Service, such as "W1-AACCfgDeviceUpgrade" is working fine.
