When Connecting to the P6 Integration API Using SSL Service Mode the Error " Communication Exception" Occurs (Doc ID 2449762.1)

When attempting to run the Integration API in SSL Service Mode, the following error occurs.

       at com.primavera.integration.client.Session.getDatabaseInstances(
       at demo.general.GeneralDemoApp.getDatabaseInstances(
Caused by: java.rmi.ConnectIOException: error during JRMP connection establishment; nested exception is: Received fatal alert: unexpected_message
       at sun.rmi.transport.tcp.TCPChannel.createConnection(
       at sun.rmi.transport.tcp.TCPChannel.newConnection(
       at sun.rmi.server.UnicastRef.invoke(
       at Source)

or Communication Exception
java.rmi.ConnectIOException: error during JRMP connection establishment; nested exception is: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade the Integration API
2. Test Standard Service Mode and Compression Service Mode which are successful
3. Test SSL Service Mode which fails with error
