ASCP Inline Forecast Consumption Does Not Use Internal Sales Order (Doc ID 2449911.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Since forecasts are not consumed by internal sales orders in inline forecast consumption, the quantity of forecast remains at the original quantity in the planner work bench.

Expected Behavior
Since forecasts will be consumed by internal sales orders in inline forecast consumption.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create forecast and internal sales order for same item
  2. Data collection
  3. Run ASCP
