DPP - Sales Order Number OR EAM Work Order Number Is Blank in Plan Output

Symptoms
12.2.6.3
Both Distribution Plan Workbench and Supply Planning Work Area don't show the order number for the order type "Maintenance Work Order Demand"
And also see the same for Sales Order Demands
EAM work order demands have been collected and Collection Workbench shows demand lines with order type "Maintenance Work Order Demand" and corresponding order number.
DPP shows the same demand lines as order type = "Non-standard job demand" and no order number appear in those lines.
Sales Order numbers are also missing the Plan output
