In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), Inbound 'ItemCre' message fails to be processed with the following error;
Steps to Recreate:
1. Create a item in RMS with Item Supp country Dimensions defined and approve it.
2. Notice that the item fails in MPS STAGED MESSAGE table with 'UOM not found' error.
