While adding new HTS for item without children, system is throwing the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to RMS application.
  2. Go to Items -> Create Item.
  3. Create Item with Transaction Level set to 2.
  4. Add Suppliers and Retail by Zone.
  5. Go to More Actions -> Import -> HTS
  6. Add new HTS.
  7. Click Save or Save and Close.
  8. Pop up appears.
  9. Click yes. Error is raised.
