Some remote users are reporting slow connection and lag/freezing of the application while it is processing data to load screens. For many reasons, we are unable to use Citrix and which forces us into a local installation solution of the MetaSolv Solution client (tbs.exe) application. How do we troubleshoot performance problems experienced by these remote users?
