Empty Container Left in the System with Final_Location_Id Set to Forward Picking Location When Pick Operation for CD Type Replenishment is Cancelled (Doc ID 2450886.1)

Symptoms

When performing CD replenishment the system creates a container with the field final_location_id filled, with the value of the forward picking location (FPL). After canceling the operation , the systems leaves the empty container in the system.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Generate a CD Replenishment pick.
2. Perform replenishment.
3. Cancel Operation.
4. Notice that pick to pallet container ID is left in the system destined to FPL.
