CI_INSTALL_PROD Table Not Updated for SMDF Database Script When Creating New Database with Custom Tablespace (Doc ID 2451354.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new database schema for Meter Data Management, the CI_INSTALL_PROD table is not updated when executing the scripts OraDBI.exe from the ..\SMDF\Install-Upgrade directory.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow steps in MDM DBA Guide for installing new database.
-- FW DB Scripts
-- SMDF DB Scripts <-- MDM DB Scripts
2. After running SMDF DB Scripts, checking the CI_INSTALL_PROD table is not updated to reflect that SMDF was run
