OSM Partition Report has RAC Node assigned as '-1' for table OM_ORDER_ID_BLOCK (Doc ID 2451610.1)

One report, shows the RAC NODE as -1, with no orders in partition tables from the table, OM_ORDER_ID_BLOCK

The second report has no value for the RAC NODE even thought partition has no orders stored.
