Billing Care Does Not Send the User Activity Array Details in an Event Level Adjustment Opcode Call (Doc ID 2451623.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.5.0.19.0, when performing event adjustment from Billing Care (BC), the user details array in the opcode call are not being sent to BRM whereas the user details can be seen populated in the note setting opcode call.

It is expected that Billing Care should send the User Details array in the opcode call.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open any account with an attached bill in BC
2. Go to the adjustment window
3. Apply adjustment on event level
4. Adjustment goes through, but the PCM_OP_AR_EVENT_ADJUSTMENT opcode does not have the user details array
