ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While purchasing a plan, if cycle end date's "Never" check box is unchecked, then the default cycle end date value is same as cycle start date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If cycle end date's "Never" check box is unchecked, then cycle end date should have 5 years from the cycle start date as a default value.
In 7.3.1, it was five years from the start date.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Launch the customer center.
2. Search a customer.
3. Click on the plans tab and click on the purchase button.
4. select a plan.
5. Purchase cycle details, uncheck the never box.
