Autocomplete Does Not Work With German Umlauts In Convergence (Doc ID 2452091.1)

Symptoms

Using: Convergence 3.0.1.4.0

Users with German Umlauts in their name are not found with auto completion.
When typing in German Umlauts as e.g. 'ä', the search in the corporate addressbook (CAB) is done with "asci-fied" letters.

The issue is also seen with the personal addressbook (PAB).

Example: ä -> a
