Since PO Planned Order Does Not Honor a Supplier Capacity Calendar on ASL, Sugg Order Date Is Unexpected (Doc ID 2452305.1)

Actual Behavior
Even though setting a Supplier Capacity Calendar on the using Global ASL for the planned order PO item, the planned order for PO has wrong Sugg Order Date and it seems that 24*7 calendar is used.

Since setting the profile MSC: Buy Order Processing Lead Time Calendar = NULL, so plan should use Supplier Capacity Calendar for the planned order of PO with the Global ASL.

Expected Behavior
When setting Supplier Capacity Calendar on the using Global ASL for the planned order PO item and the profile MSC: Buy Order Processing Lead Time Calendar is set to NULL, the plan should use the Supplier Capacity Calendar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set profile MSC: Buy Order Processing Lead Time Calendar to NULL
2. Set a Supplier Capacity Calendar to global ASL for PO item
3. Data collection
4. Run ASCP plan
