On Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management : 2.2.0.2.0 version
Hierarchy Tree is not shown in Inbound Communication Page after upgrade from MDM 2.1.0 SP3 to MDM 2.2.0 SP2
In MDM 2.1.0 SP3, the Communication Hierarchy Tree is showing for both Inbound and Outbound Communication.
After upgrading to MDM2.2.0 SP2 , when viewing Communication Portal(D1COMM) for an Inbound Communication, the Communication Hierarchy Tree is not showing anymore. For Outbound Communication, the Communication Hierarchy Tree is still showing properly.
It is expected that the hierarchy tree be shown in inbound communication.
