DMS Error - Container Inquiry - Container ID NONE (Doc ID 2452578.1)

DMS error occur in 'Container Inquiry' feature in Handheld after using 'Transport container' feature:

Block: CONTROLKey: F3 ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (WMS01"."TASK_LOG_DETAILS"."ASSIGNMENT_ID") ORA-06512: at "WMS01.TRACK_USER", line 894"

Steps to Recreate:
1. Move a container using 'Transport Container' option.
2. Now, navigate to 'Container Inquiry' and input above container.
3. Notice DMS Error.
