The threadpoolworker.properties are being deleted after issuing initialSetup.sh -t

Reproduce Steps
---------------------------------------------------
$ $SPLEBASE/splapp/standalone/config


$ ls -ltr | grep thread
-rw-r-----. 1 weblogic weblogic 1374 Aug 31 05:25 threadpoolworker.cache.properties
-rw-rw-r--. 1 weblogic weblogic 1827 Sep 9 20:52 threadpoolworker.properties.bk
-rw-rw-r--. 1 weblogic weblogic 1826 Sep 19 02:55 threadpoolworker.properties


$ initialSetup.sh -t
... ...
180920:234907 <info> Initial Setup completed successfully.

$ ls -ltr | grep thread
