Conversion Manager Does Not Support Resource Balance Migration For Active Accounts (Doc ID 2453255.1)

Conversion Manager Tool (CMT) does not support resource balance migration and real time synchronization towards ECE (Elastic Charging Engine) for an account already migrated and actively used in production.

BRM should be enhanced to support this behavior as per business requirement explained below :

The scenario is for an account that has been already migrated with service 'VoIP', and an additional 'mobile service' with non-currency balance (data bucket) needs to be migrated to the same account a few months later.
Pin_cycle_fees will be run after the migration date so that currency and non-currency balances will impact the account with standard subscription events.
A new CMT 'bucket balance loader' function/application should be run after pin_cycle_fees that would allow to delete/update the above balances selectively, i.e. you can either delete the currency balance and overwrite it with legacy currency balance, or delete the non-currency balance only and overwrite it with legacy non-currency balance. The new balances should be synchronized to ECE in real time.
