Payment Suspense Page - Date Filter as "Today" Not Working (Doc ID 2453259.1)

Steps to reproduce:
1.  From Payment Suspense page, create a suspense payment with amount say 10.56
2.  From the section Payment filter, click Add Filter.
3.  In the Date drop down menu, select "Today" and click Update.

Date filter is not working properly. Search template created out of the request is not proper.

Actual Behavior:
Once the Update button is clicked, it is not bringing the record which was created in the step 1, instead, the request is failing in the background.

Expected Behavior:
Once the update button is clicked, it should show the suspense payment record which was created in the step 1.
