Goal

Can Convergence + mshttpd + message store operate without using the privileged user? In our deployment, we don't provide shared mailboxes or shared/global address books.  A given user doesn't actually need to be "proxied" by a priviledged user; the "regular" user credentials can be used to obtain that user's addressbook, as well as access their own mailbox on the store.
