Symptoms
In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 8.0.x version, when attempting to run all Profitability Management Allocations against a large data set, all Allocations fail when executing SQL with the errors listed below in the FSI_MESSAGE_LOG:
Allocation Preparation Completed
(203105) Oracle drv_oci error:
OCI Function: [4] - oexec(), oexn()
SQL Function: [189] - SQL function not found!
Oracle Error: ORA-00039: error during periodic action
ORA-04036: PGA memory used by the instance exceeds PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT
