PDC Server Is Shutting Down Automatically (Doc ID 2453414.1)

Goal

Issue is that PDC server is going down automatically while user is doing an import-export of pdc data(metadata,config,pricing). Here 'going down' means that the PDC managed server ( ex: PDC_MS2) is shutting down and the process vanishes.

During such instances, sometimes  the below error is reported in the PDC server log :

        java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
