When Trying to Login Using Java Client "Application Startup Failed" Error Occurs and Cannot Login To e6 (Doc ID 2453706.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After installing the e6 Server, when trying to login using Java Client, below error appears and cannot login. 

ERROR
Application Startup Failed

FACT
1. The e6 Server OS is Linux
2. Added 

setenv EP_DEBUG _all_

in file xxxxx_cust.sh on <ep_root>/init/ and restarted Java Daemon but below server logs are not generated. 

$ep_root/tmp/axalant-<hostname>-<pid>.err
$ep_root/tmp/axalant-<hostname>-<pid>.out

3. From the jade-xxxxx.log in $ep_root/tmp/ see below information

INFO 09/24/18 20:23:38 [Slurper] - [AxalantServer] Server 1537845813339 on port 3000 terminated with exitcode 127
ERROR 09/24/18 20:23:38 [EciDaemonThread-2] - [AxalantServer] Registration of server failed.
INFO 09/24/18 20:23:38 [EciDaemonThread-2] - [EciDaemonThread] Thread terminating
FORCE 09/24/18 20:39:08 [Thread-1] -

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install e6 Server
2. Enter the id and password on Java Client
