Cannot Login Using Java Client After New e6 Installation (Doc ID 2453707.1)

Cannot Login using Java Client after fresh new e6 Installation.
The e6 database has been upgraded to 6.2.1 version previously using the Upgrade Tool.

Incorrect username and password.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the id and password on Java Client
