Symptoms

Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux Performance Issue

We are facing performance issue with "Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux" request for one plan.
The request is not prossessing anything when it is started it suddenly goes in "INACTIVE" state and event showing "SQL*Net message from client"

The last bit of the log file shows:

The value of profile option 'MSC_MINIMIZE_WORKORDER_CROSSOVER' is Y
