NET DSGN Task throwing Errors when the Order has more than one Network Product (Doc ID 2454136.1)

Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT

NETDSGN throws an error the first time it is opened whenever there are multiple networks on one order.
After the initial error, subsequent attempts work properly.

Is there a limitation for the number of networks on an order?

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Open Work Queue Mgr for Work Queue XXX - Order 1234
2. Double-click the NETDSGN task
3. MSS throws the above error

WORKAROUND

Click the task one more time and MSS proceeds in the provisioning.
