Getting Table Lock Issues During The Purchase Order Cancellation Through Induction Process

In Retail Merchandising System(RMS), user is getting the table lock issues when cancelling the Purchase Orders(PO) through Induction process.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a PO induction blank template.
2. Fill all the details so that orders can be closed at header level.
3. Upload the template.
4. Some orders get cancelled but random orders fails with error "sql_lib.create_msg message:@0TABLE_LOCKED@1ORDSKU@260005707".
