Symptoms

After upgrade from Agile 9.3.3 to 9.3.6, old file attachments can not be accessed.

ERROR

Specified file could not be located. Please contact system Administrator

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web client
2. Open object with old file attachment
3. Select file attachment > GET
Error: Specified file could not be located. Please contact system Administrator
