Symptoms
During Installation of Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center(PDC) 11.2.0.0.0 version on top of Weblogic 12.2.1.3.0 with Patches 26626168 and 27010571, and BRM 7.5PS20, the user experienced the below error when migrate configuration object:

Followed the below steps to migrate the Configuration Object.
1) Run the migration command to analyze the configuration object “MigrateBRMPricing -config -analyze”
2) Resolve the CRITICAL and User inputs errors.
3) Restart the configuration analysis “MigrateBRMPricing -config -analyze -restart”
4) Verify there are no errors.
5) Run command to migrate configuration object “MigrateBRMPricing -resume”
6) See error on this step.
