RMS Induction Process is not Displaying "Warning Messages" for the Consecutive Duplicate Records (Doc ID 2454880.1)

Symptoms

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS), system is not displaying any warning messages when consecutive duplicate records are present in MS Excel sheet through Induction process.
When user is trying to upload duplicate records using base and custom template loader in RMS, status "Processed Successfully" is encountered instead of "Processed with errors". But when trying to upload non consecutive duplicate records, correct status "Processed with Errors" is encountered, saying that some records are duplicates.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Log in to RMS.
2. From Tasks > Foundation Data > Data Loading > Upload Data.
3. Upload Codes and Description Template with consecutive duplicate records.
        Template Type: Administration.
        Template: Codes and Description.
