On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.19.0 version,

As of now, User has a control on what limit of adjustment can be performed by CSRs using their Policies/Roles.

There is a requirement wherein the expectation is that, similar control should be introduced using OES Policies/Roles to limit the % of adjustment amount entered by CSRs.
