Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
WBS UDF field shown as a column in Activities View can be edited - but upon saving does not update.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When attempting to edit WBS UDF column for the activity, it shows a little red circle with a line through it and does not allow editing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6, Open a Project, Go to Activities Page, Add a WBS UDF field
2. Select an Activity, Double click on the WBS UDF Field, Edit some value.
