Symptoms


 On Applications Oracle Argus Safety Version : 8.0.1


Unable to import an XML File it fails with warning:

Error processing resource 'http://eudravigilance.ema.europa.eu/dtd/icsr21xml.dtd'

Per below in import logs on transaction server machine:
