Open Projects Link Not Working When Accessed From A Dashboard With Custom Portlet

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When viewing a Dashboard that contains any custom portlet, the user is unable to use Projects > Open projects, View Service Status or Logout.
Open Projects, View Service Status and Logout are able to be used, regardless of a custom portlet being displayed in the Dashboard.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Sign in to P6 Web
- Browse to 'Dashboards'
- Customize the Dashboard to add a custom portlet, save and close
- With the custom portlet displayed, try to use Projects > Open Projects
- The Open Projects box is not displayed
