In a setup where Billing Care is installed and configured to connect to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Connection Manager (CM), the connection pool has below settings:
It is observed that the number of connections is going below the configured minimum number which is causing ERR_STREAM_IO errors in BillingCare logs. In this situation, increasing or decreasing the min. or max. connections does not help.
