Real Time Outbound Messages being processed multiple times
Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
The Adjustment Approval ToDo emails are sent multiple times to the SMTP host; while there is only one message created in the outbound message table.
Process: The process of how the message is created and sent out is as follows:-
Step 1: Batch F1-TDEER runs and creates the emails that needs to be sent for Adjustment Approvals.
Step 2: Business Object F1-EMAILMESSAGE that contains an Application Service – FWLXOUTP formats and creates the XML message that is inserted into the outbound message table F1_OUTMSG
Step 3: The framework real time engine picks up the message in real time from F1_OUTMSG table and sends it to the SMTP host using the real time sender EMAIL that has a RTEMAILSNDR message class.
The process is working fine till step 2. But some how in step 3 the messages are sent multiple times by the EMAIL sender.
This test in clustered and un-clustered environment and have verified that it is encountered only in clustered environment.
