Specific Users Unable To Log In Via LDAP in Agile PLM (Doc ID 2456138.1)

Specific Users Unable to Log in Via LDAP
Most users experiencing no problem logging in. Two users (reported so far) are getting Invalid User ID and password error when they try to log in.

verified that the user is in the specified user path in the active directory.

LDAP preview still shows the user ID being picked up by a refresh of LDAP.

Reset password button is grayed out for the users.

Users are able to log into other non-agile applications that are linked to active directory.

Steps from: Troubleshooting User Login Failure Problem With 'Invalid Username Or Password' Error (Doc ID 1382523.1)

1) In case specific user is failing to login while the others can, it is most likely to be an user problem.

A) Check whether the user exists in Agile system -- CONFIRMED

B) Check whether user password is correct. -- CONFIRMED

C) Check whether Web Client login URL is correct -- CONFIRMED

D) Check WebLogic Account Policy Setting (Only users on Agile 9.3 or above on WebLogic environment) -- COMPLETED. HAD NO EFFECT
