Shipment Search Screen Dates Do Not Follow Regional Setting And Order Data Incorrectly (Doc ID 2456401.1)

Symptoms

Shipment Screen Dates do not follow the selected Regional Date Setting and always display dates in US format, also when trying to order by Shipped Date or Received Date it is not ordering by the date value but by the date text.


Steps to Reproduce :

With a regional setting not set to US:

  1.  Navigate on Menu: Inventory > Shipments and Receipts > Shipments.
  2. Select a filter, for example Status = 'Received'.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Note Dates (Shipped Date/Received Date) appear with US format.
  5. When trying to order by Shipped Date or Received Date it is not ordering by the date value but by the date text, i.e. since month is the first value on US format it will order by the month.
