Communication log does not indicate creation of 'Related Objects' when activity is in intermediate state.
The links appear after activity transitions to a final state.


Steps-
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create device set up.
2. Create command request for device.
3. Monitor communication log initiated for activity
