Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Scheduling

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Closing shift dispatches all activities.

We have came across the scenarios where we observed activities are getting dispatched even if the Crew shift is closed for that particular day.
Where expected behavior is activities remain in Allocated status and not get auto dispatched.
